Lay Hong Berhad
Lay Hong Berhad initially listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange as an integrated poultry farm in September 1994.
Its initial products comprise of normal table eggs and functional eggs under the Nutriplus brand.
The group later diversified into breeder and broiler farming, liquid egg processing, chicken processing, manufacturing of related chicken - based food products and cater for brand owners requiring customised chicken products.We also supply day old chick(DOC) to contract farmers.
During the same period, the group ventured into supermarket and retails business to expand its market reach on the Nutriplus range of products.It also manufactures paper egg trays for its own consumption.
The group currently market its products under 2 major brands, Nutriplus in West Malaysia and Wise Choice in East Malaysia.
The group revenue already reaches its RM1 billion mark in 2025.

Eggs Facts
When buying eggs, select clean, uncracked, oval-shaped ones and check the "best before" date. Store eggs in the refrigerator in their original carton to prevent odour absorption. Avoid washing eggs to maintain their protective film. Keep eggs out of the refrigerator door to ensure they stay cold. Before cooking, wash hands and utensils, and break eggs individually to avoid contamination. Use eggs right before cooking, and refrigerate cooked eggs in airtight containers for up to 3-4 days.
